Ms. Gordon is a seasoned data risk professional with extensive experience in strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and enterprise risk management. Ms. Gordon has spent 28 months in Europe supporting European multinational corporations prepare and implement controls to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and now lives in California where she focuses on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Ms. Gordon has experience providing data advisory support to multinational organizations during critical stages of their digital transformation. Ms. Gordon has helped dozens of organizations navigate through their digital transformation journey and minimize the risk impact associated with this transformation. From mitigating anticipated data risks (e.g. data quality, privacy, etc.) and supporting the development of new data driven business models -- to anticipating operational risks and building operational resilience (via controls, measures and continuity plans) in response. In support of these digital transformations, Ms. Gordon has also assisted her clients with restructuring their data governance capabilities to account for new streams of data (e.g. longitudinal data) and use cases; analyzing data linage and provenance to enable compliance; and developing data strategies (including data monetization strategies) that drive value in the marketplace.
