Linda joined the EWF in 2014 and serves as the Director of Leadership Development. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and implementing all initiatives that support the development and advancement of our members.

Linda is the Coach/Facilitator of the Leadership Journey, our yearlong leadership development virtual program that focuses on developing self-awareness, personal capacity, and resilience necessary to flourish in leadership roles. She also oversees the Lift mentoring program, the Rising Leaders Forum and facilitates the Transition Excelerator onboarding program that accelerates new leaders' performance.
